Terms of Use

By creating an account or otherwise using DOSTUP, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use DOSTUP.

To use DOSTUP, you must be able to form a legally binding contract. DOSTUP does not currently verify a user’s age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has created a DOSTUP account, contact us at support@dostup.us.

You agree to provide accurate information when you register, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

DOSTUP offers Personal and Business account types, selected at registration. A Business account displays a company name in place of a personal name, as described in our Privacy Policy. Beyond how your name is displayed, DOSTUP does not currently provide additional automated features exclusive to Business accounts; any such features will be described here if and when they become available.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any listing you create — its title, description, category, and location — and for having the right to offer whatever the listing describes. Every listing is reviewed before it is published, and DOSTUP may reject, request changes to, or remove a listing that violates these Terms.

You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting content on DOSTUP, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, display, and distribute that content on the Platform, solely for the purpose of operating and promoting DOSTUP. This license ends when you remove the content or delete your account, except for copies we retain for moderation history, safety, or legal purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to use DOSTUP to:

• post fraudulent, deceptive, or scam listings;
• post spam or unsolicited bulk content;
• offer unlawful goods or services;
• impersonate another person, business, or DOSTUP itself;
• harass, threaten, or abuse other users;
• interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to DOSTUP’s systems or data;
• upload malware or other malicious code;
• scrape, harvest, or collect other users’ data without authorization.

DOSTUP reviews listings before publication and may reject, request changes to, or remove content that violates these Terms. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, at our discretion and in proportion to the violation. If your account is terminated, we handle your account and content as described in our Privacy Policy’s retention and deletion section.

Published listings are shown for a limited time — currently up to 30 days — after which they expire automatically. You may remove your own listing at any time; a removed listing is archived rather than permanently deleted, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

DOSTUP may display links to external websites, embedded content, or a seller’s own contact information. We do not control and are not responsible for those external destinations. Any communication, agreement, or transaction you enter into with another user happens directly between you and that user. DOSTUP is a platform that lets users list and discover listings — DOSTUP is not automatically a party to any transaction between users and does not act as a broker or escrow for those transactions.

DOSTUP does not guarantee the existence, accuracy, quality, safety, or legality of any listing; the identity or truthfulness of any user; the availability of the Platform at any given time; or the outcome of any interaction or transaction between users. You are responsible for exercising your own judgment and caution when using DOSTUP or interacting with other users.

DOSTUP offers optional paid promotional services, including HOT and VIP placements where available. Standard publication may remain free depending on the applicable category policy. Prices, duration, scope, and applicable terms are displayed before checkout.

Paid promotional services, including HOT and VIP placements, cannot be canceled or refunded after moderation approval and activation, except where required by law or when DOSTUP fails to provide the purchased service. If a listing is rejected before activation, the authorization is released and no charge is made.

The DOSTUP name, logo, and the design and software of the Platform belong to LeoxLab LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Except for content you post under the license in License You Grant DOSTUP, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on DOSTUP’s platform, design, or software without our written permission.

If you believe content on DOSTUP infringes your copyright or trademark, send a description of the material, its location on DOSTUP, and your contact information to support@dostup.us, and we will review your complaint.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of DOSTUP at any time. We aim to keep the Platform available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

DOSTUP is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeoxLab LLC and DOSTUP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of DOSTUP or any interaction or transaction with another user. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold LeoxLab LLC harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, content you post, or your use of DOSTUP, except to the extent caused by our own violation of law or these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continuing to use DOSTUP after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
